
Rationale Approach
MagCom relies on the application of structured project management fundamentals for planning and execution of engagements with our clients to maintain a high level of quality on all projects. Quality Assurance begins at the initiation of each project where our personnel work with the client team members to determine requirements, complete preliminary network design specifications, prepare detailed plans and finalize staffing and related cost considerations. In short, we are committed to the delivery of quality client service, and we measure ourselves based on the expectations placed on us by the clients we serve.
We take a hands-on approach to quality through regular and systematic inspection throughout the rollout process. For large-scale turnkey engagements, our management works with the client leadership to outline specifications, the expected level of quality for each deliverable, and the testing processed required to validate each stage.
Steering Team
The steering team is comprised of senior professionals from technical and managerial areas of MagCom. During the preliminary phase of the project, the Project Director will assemble senior professionals to review resource allocation and scheduling for the project. The benefit of this approach is in minimizing the likelihood of delays late in the project. The benefit is realized throughout the project by evaluating and obtaining buy-in of the project development.
Quality Control
Quality control is an important element in the overall quality assurance equation. The objective is to have well-coordinated project management with minimal conflicts. All project related resources and schedules are thoroughly reviewed utilizing a detailed Quality Control procedure to reveal items that merit additional work.
